ASSOCIATE- Real Estate & General Corporate
Responsibilities
- Contract Management – Proficiency in Contract drafting/ vetting from a legal perspective.
- Drafting/ Vetting/ negotiations – Drafting legal notices, MOUs/ LOIs, NDAs, Lease Deeds, etc., and other agreements with a focus on Real Estate, Risk Mitigation, and final closure of the same during client calls.
- Title Due diligence and Search Report
- Investment Transactions and debt funding
- Effectively manage the successful negotiation, drafting, and completion of complex corporate transactions and contracts
- Coordination with different business verticals/ departments, support functions, operations team, and site teams for the purposes of ensuring our representation before quasi-judicial; judicial and regulatory authorities in the manner as directed or required, with emphasis on Real Estate, Product, and Corporate Strategy.
- Work with the Real Estate and Product Team closely on Lease Deeds, Due Diligences, Landlord Communication, and Issues, Compliances, etc
Eligibility:
- 2 – 3 years practicing lawyer in a Law firm in Real Estate practice area or as an in-house counsel in a real estate company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to read and talk in Kannada
ASSOCIATE- Commercial & Corporate Litigation
We are looking for a candidate with minimum 2 years’ experience in the Trial courts.
Corporate and Commercial Litigation: Main areas of practice will be in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Commercial Courts Act, Real Estate Litigation, High Court, Negotiable Instruments Act and Arbitration.
Remuneration terms: 4.5 to 6 lakhs based on the candidate. Post completion of 1 year – a performance-based incentive model will be initiated the CTC can reach up to 10lakhs+. Probation period is 3 months.
Responsibilities:
• Should be able to research and draft notices, suits, plaints, petitions independently. The senior will review and finalize the same if required.
• Representation before District Courts including Commercial Courts and High Courts.
• Should be able to assist in trial before District courts. Senior will lead trial only if you are not confident.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years practicing lawyer before Civil courts at Bangalore.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be able to talk in Kannada.
