About The Team

Balaji Harish Iyer is an alumnus of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (LLM, International Dispute Resolution, 2018) and National Law University, Delhi (BA, LLB (Honours), 2015). Balaji started out as a commercial and maritime lawyer in India’s financial capital of Mumbai. He handles all the NCLT matters including matters under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code in NCLT benches of Mumbai. He handles various other kinds of litigations, mediations and arbitrations across all practice areas. He has authored a chapter in a book titled “Specialized Arbitration”, published by Thomson Reuters.
